According to  Dlgs 196/03, the gathering and processing of persional data have the only purpoise of finalizing the commercial transaction, which is the aim of this company, of keeping the customer informed over the news, new products or new services provided by this company, and they are according fiscal regulation laws, local regulations and EU regualtions.

In no case personal data are communicated outside this company, except for IT service management company. 

Data provided by the customer is compulsory as it is necessary to fulfill the commercial contract. Without that data it is not possible to finalize the contract.Treatment of data can be either on PC or paper based systems, suitable to guarantee security and privacy. Data regarding customer is located on a server which only authorized personnel have access to. Data are protected by a authetification procedure system which guarantees that authorized personnel only have access to it. Any change of such data can be only carried out by the customer itself through the log in procedures on the home page of our website or by the authorized personnel at our company. 

According to art. 7 of DL 196/03, in any moment, through access online, the customer con update or modify personal data. Furthermore the customer have the right to ask and obtain total cancellation, transformation to anonymous, or blockage of personal data collected for legal purpoises.
